Clover High School Marching Band to Appear in Rose Bowl Parade

Members of the Clover High School Marching Band have been invited to appear in the 137th Rose Bowl Parade® hosted by the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association® on January 1, 2026. Tournament of Roses Association® President Mark Leavens and Mrs. Kay Leavens will be visiting the Clover community March 11-13 to participate in a series of both public and private events.

The Bands of Clover will be only the seventh band from the Palmetto State to travel to California to appear in the Rose Bowl Parade® and the first from South Carolina to appear in the parade in the last 20 years.

Several elected officials are expected to attend the events to bring greetings and recognition from the state, county, town and school district.
Mr. Leavens is available for individual media interviews if scheduled in advance with Clover School District Public Information Officer Stephanie Knott.

The table below outlines public events scheduled for the visit. The Downtown Clover event on Thursday lends itself to live coverage during 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. broadcasts.
