Third Suspect Arrested in $151,000 ATV Heist; Manhunt Continues for Others

LANCASTER, S.C. – Authorities have made another arrest in connection with a high-value grand larceny case, bringing the number of suspects in custody to three. However, police say two individuals remain at large following the November theft of over $150,000 worth of off-road vehicles.

On Monday, Lancaster Police announced the arrest of 28-year-old Cameron Byas. Byas was taken into custody in Berkeley County and has since been transferred to the Lancaster County Detention Center. He faces multiple charges, including second-degree burglary, criminal conspiracy, and grand larceny exceeding $10,000.

The Heist at Power Sports Carolina

The charges stem from an incident on November 14, when a group allegedly broke into the storage area of Power Sports Carolina. According to investigators, Byas was one of four individuals from Berkeley County who illegally entered the facility.

The group is accused of stealing four Polaris RZR Pro vehicles. The combined value of the stolen machinery is estimated at $151,000.

Suspects Still at Large

While Byas is now behind bars, the investigation is ongoing. Police are actively searching for Tyriek Frazier, 26. Frazier is wanted on the same charges as Byas—burglary, conspiracy, and grand larceny. Officials have advised the public not to approach Frazier and to contact law enforcement immediately if he is spotted.

Investigators are also working to identify a female suspect who played a key logistical role in the crime. She is accused of transporting the four suspects from Berkeley County to Lancaster to commit the theft.
