Fort Mill and Tega Cay residents will soon have a new option for fresh, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with the upcoming opening of CAVA at 2373 Len Patterson Rd Ste 104. The fast-casual restaurant is known for its customizable bowls, pitas, and salads, offering a variety of healthy and flavorful options.
Cava’s menu is built around a “build-your-own” concept, allowing customers to choose their base, spreads, proteins, toppings, and dressings. The options include:
- Bases: Saffron basmati rice, brown basmati rice, black lentils, or a variety of greens.
- Spreads: Hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, Crazy Feta®, and tzatziki.
- Proteins: Grilled chicken, spicy lamb meatballs, falafel, and steak.
- Toppings: A wide selection of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and unique additions like pickled onions and roasted eggplant.
- Dressings: A range of house-made dressings including Greek vinaigrette, garlic dressing, and skhug.
In addition to the build-your-own menu, Cava also offers chef-curated bowls and pitas, such as the Spicy Lamb + Avocado Bowl and the Greek Chicken Pita. The restaurant also serves a variety of fresh, in-house juices and teas.
