Mrs. Anita Rockholt Buffolino, age 61, of York, SC, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, May 1, 2026.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy, York, SC 29745. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 4, 2026 at Bethesda Presbyterian Church, 4858 McConnells Hwy, York, SC 29745, with Reverend Derek Marotta and Reverend Paul Noe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Anita was born on October 6, 1964 in York, SC. She was the daughter of Carolyn Adkins Rockholt and the late Robert Rockholt. Anita worked as a custodian with York School District One and was a proud lifelong member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her loving mother, Carolyn Rockholt; her children, David Ferguson (Christy), Amy Bell (Will), and Richard Meek; her cherished grandchildren, Mia Ferguson, Allison Ferguson, and Meadow Bell; and her sister, Kathy Mabry.
In addition to her father, Anita was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Rockholt, and her sister, Wanda Crump.
