Mattamy Homes recently closed on a $13 million purchase of 76 acres off Fort Mill Parkway, marking the company’s first new project in the area since 2018.
The new community, named Williams Reserve, is designed to meet the high demand for housing in one of the region’s fastest-growing and most affluent suburbs, known for its top-tier public schools and proximity to major employment hubs.
Williams Reserve will feature a total of 193 residences divided into three villages. The site plan includes:
-
113 Single-Family Homes: Two-story, front-loaded designs tailored for move-up buyers.
-
80 Townhomes: A new three-story, alley-loaded product offering a low-maintenance lifestyle with included lawn care.
The community’s location provides residents with efficient access to Interstate 77, Interstate 485, and Highway 521, simplifying commutes to Uptown Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Beyond transit convenience, the neighborhood design incorporates walking trails, pocket parks, and preserved green spaces to enhance the natural landscape.
Site work is scheduled to begin in late summer 2026, with furnished model homes planned for both the single-family and townhome product lines.
