Clash of the Carolinas cut short by weather, but local athletes still deliver standout performances

The Clash of the Carolinas Track Meet, held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Cuthbertson High School in Waxhaw, NC, featured 68 elite teams from across North and South Carolina. The event showcased high-caliber talent but was unfortunately cut short due to inclement weather following the boys’ 800m run. Consequently, several events scheduled for later in the day, including the 200m, 3200m, and 4x400m relays, were not contested.
