The South Carolina Basketball Coaches Association (SCBCA) has officially released its All-State selections for the 2025-26 season, celebrating the top talent across the Palmetto State. For fans in the tristate and surrounding areas, the lists were packed with familiar names from our local high schools.
From dominant post players to elite sharpshooters, these student-athletes have put in the work to be recognized as the best in their respective classifications.
South Pointe & Rock Hill Area Highlights
The 4A Girls classification was highlighted by a massive honor for South Pointe High School, as Kaleigh Lucas was named the 4A Girls Player of the Year. Joining her on the All-State squad is teammate Ja’Nyia Cunningham, cementing the Stallions’ status as a basketball powerhouse.
In the 5A ranks, Chloe Hudson of Rock Hill earned a well-deserved spot on the All-State team after a stellar season leading the Bearcats. On the boys’ side, South Pointe’s Treven Raymon garnered 4A All-State honors.
Fort Mill, Indian Land & Catawba Ridge Representatives
The 5A Boys All-State team features a strong contingent from the Fort Mill area. Jermier Nelson represented Fort Mill High School, while Mark Caslaru earned a spot for Catawba Ridge.
Nearby, Indian Land’s Sequel Patterson was also recognized in the 5A Boys category, showcasing the high level of competition in the northern part of the state.
Clover, Lancaster & York Prep Standouts
The Clover girls’ program saw double honors in the 5A classification, with both Julie Chambliss and Clara Powell being named to the All-State team.
In 4A Boys, Malik Tinsley represented Lancaster High School with an All-State nod. Meanwhile, in the 2A Boys division, Antwon Young of York Preparatory Academy was honored for his standout performance this season.
