Mrs. Dolores Gayle Cooke Sebastian, age 83, of York, SC, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at White Oak Manor in Rock Hill, SC.
The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM on, January 19, 2026, at First Presbyterian Church Parlor, 10 West Liberty St., York, SC 29745. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM in the church sanctuary.
Gayle was born on September 21, 1942, in Kannapolis, NC. She was the daughter of the late Herman Smith Cooke and Annie Virginia Overcash Cooke and the widow of Phillip Taylor Sebastian.
She is survived by her sons Phillip Todd Sebastian (Molly) Mark Dustin Sebastian (Kelly), her grandchildren, Megan Noel Sebastian, Dylan Thomas Sebastian, Phillip Trevor Sebastian, Kaitlyn Ann Sebastian, Kaleb Taylor Sebastian and Luke Hayes Peterson. She was also survived by her sister Nancy Bleckley.
