South Carolina Standouts Named to 2026 Navy All-American Bowl Rosters

SAN ANTONIO — As the high school football world turns its eyes to Texas for the 2026 Navy All-American Bowl, the Palmetto State will be well-represented on the national stage. Three of South Carolina’s top gridiron talents have been selected to compete for the East Team, showcasing the state’s elite skill level at the Alamodome this Saturday.

The game, set for January 10, 2026, features over 100 of the nation’s best players from the classes of 2026 and 2027. Among the heavy hitters from across the country, three players from South Carolina high schools have earned their roster spots.

Sequel Patterson (Indian Land H.S.) One of the most dynamic playmakers in the state, wide receiver Sequel Patterson will suit up for the East squad. A product of Indian Land High School, Patterson is currently ranked as the No. 252 prospect in the nation by Rivals. He has already signed his letter of intent to stay home and play for the University of South Carolina, giving Gamecock fans an early glimpse of their future pass-catcher against elite competition.

Julian Walker (Dutch Fork H.S.) Anchoring the defensive trenches is Dutch Fork High School standout Julian Walker. Rated as the No. 72 prospect nationally, Walker has been a force on the defensive line, disrupting offenses with the physicality that Dutch Fork is known for. Like Patterson, Walker has signed with the University of South Carolina, further solidifying the Gamecocks’ recruiting dominance within the state’s borders.

Seth Tillman (South Pointe H.S.) Representing the future of the sport is Class of 2027 defensive lineman Seth Tillman from South Pointe High School. As one of the younger talents invited to the bowl, Tillman is already making waves with a No. 121 industry ranking. While he remains uncommitted, his selection to this all-star event confirms his status as a top-tier recruit to watch over the next year.
