Junior Ellis Spencer led the boys, securing an overall first-place finish with a season-best time of 16 minutes, 37 seconds. He was followed by an impressive outing from two underclassmen: eighth grader Jayden Garrison (personal record of 20:57) and seventh grader Quinn Witte (personal record of 21:11). Junior Shelby Saboley also ran a personal record, finishing in 24:58.
Other members of the boys’ team included Wesley Blackman, Jackon Blackmon, Jayden Garrison, Jackson LeFevre and Daniel Kearney.
For the girls’ team, senior Jayden Bennett finished fourth overall with a personal record time of 21:35. Junior Kimberly Galvan Fabian placed seventh overall, also setting a personal record with a time of 23:16. Junior Amiracle Adams finished 10th with a time of 23:45, and senior Gabrielle Albert posted a personal record of 25:03.
Rounding out the girls’ team were Alexandria Welsh, MacKayla Thomasson and Gio Bonillia.
