CHARLOTTE, NC / FORT MILL, SC – Carowinds is showing its appreciation for the U.S. Armed Forces by offering free admission to all active, retired, and veteran military personnel during its annual Military Appreciation Days, taking place May 23–26, 2025, over Memorial Day Weekend.
Service members can simply present a valid U.S. Military ID at the front gate for free entry. This special offer is Carowinds’ way of thanking those who have served and continue to serve our country.
In addition to free admission for military personnel, Carowinds is also offering a 50% discount on up to six additional tickets for friends and family. These discounted tickets are available online only and must be purchased by May 26. Taxes and fees apply.
The offer is valid for guests ages 3 and older; children age 2 and under are free. Tickets can be used any one day during the Military Appreciation Days event. However, this offer does not apply to park buyouts or separately ticketed eventsunless otherwise noted.
To access the discounted tickets, eligible guests must register through ID.me. Carowinds will prompt users to log in after selecting their tickets.
