Fort Mill just got a little spicier. Paco’s Tacos & Tequila, the popular Tex-Mex destination known for its wood-fired fajitas, hand-rolled tortillas, and extensive tequila list, is now open in Kingsley Town Center.
Located at 1328 Broadcloth St, Suite 102, the vibrant new restaurant seats over 200 guests with 4,400 square feet of indoor space and an additional 954-square-foot covered patio designed for all-season dining.
Already a favorite in Charlotte, Paco’s expansion into Fort Mill promises the same commitment to bold flavors and fresh, made-from-scratch ingredients. Diners can expect fan favorites like cheesy enchiladas drenched in chili con carne, sizzling grilled meats smoked on-site, and signature tacos that have helped build the brand’s loyal following across the Carolinas.
The restaurant’s bar program, led by Beverage Director Chaz Smith, features an initial lineup of over 130 tequilas, with a plan to expand to over 250 varieties, potentially making it one of the most extensive tequila selections in the Carolinas. In addition to tequila, guests can explore a curated menu of agave-based cocktails and spirits.
CEO Frank Scibelli, founder of FS Food Group, said the decision to open in Fort Mill was personal. “We’re excited to bring the authentic Tex-Mex experience we’re known for to our South Carolina neighbors, especially because so much of our team already lives there,” Scibelli said. “We are grateful for the opportunity to invest in their community more directly—a growing, vibrant community that appreciates good food and great hospitality.”
Leadership at the new location includes General Manager Samantha Fugate, a seasoned hospitality veteran, and Chef Brian Liebhardt, who brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to the kitchen to ensure every dish meets Paco’s high standards.
