Bailey Jackson, the Athletic Director at Clover High School, has achieved the prestigious Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) designation from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAA). This honor represents the highest level of certification awarded by the national organization.
The CMAA designation signifies advanced expertise in a range of areas critical to athletic administration, including organizational management, risk management, Title IX compliance, event management, labor laws, budgeting, and leadership. Earning this certification requires rigorous coursework and the completion of a graduate-level written project.
For his project, Jackson developed comprehensive emergency action plans for Clover Middle School and Oakridge Middle School athletics, ensuring the safety and preparedness of student-athletes at both institutions.
