LANCASTER, SC – Music lovers in Lancaster and beyond are in for a treat as soprano Corey Lovelace graces the stage at the Lancaster Cultural Arts Center on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 3:00 PM for a special afternoon performance titled Love in Bloom.
Lovelace, a celebrated soprano known for her captivating voice and expressive artistry, will perform a selection of songs that celebrate spring from the worlds of opera, theater, and classical music. Joining her on piano will be fellow Opera Carolina musician, Zaiba Sheikh, adding depth and brilliance to the performance.
Lovelace has built an impressive career in opera, having been a Principal Artist with Opera Carolina during the 2023-2024 season. She has performed extensively with the company, most notably portraying both Mimi and Musetta in La Bohème—two of the most iconic roles in opera.
The concert will take place at the Lancaster Cultural Arts Center, located at 307 West Gay Street, Lancaster, SC. Tickets are available online for $21.00 (including fees), while tickets at the door will be priced at $25.00. Guests can take advantage of free onsite and street parking at the venue.
