Re:Build to Invest $20 Million, Add 150 Jobs in York County

Re:Build, an integrated engineering and manufacturing company, plans to expand its advanced composites manufacturing operations in York County with an approximately $20 million investment expected to create 150 skilled manufacturing and engineering jobs.

The company is adding a 130,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility at 2021 Williams Industrial Blvd. in Rock Hill. The new plant will support Re:Build’s continued growth in the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.

Re:Build operates 12 locations across the United States, including its existing Rock Hill facility. The company designs, engineers and manufactures complex products for customers in the medical, aerospace and defense, energy, electrification, robotics and automation, and environmental industries.

Operations at the new facility are expected to begin in November 2026.

The Coordinating Council for Economic Development has awarded a $100,000 Set-Aside grant to York County to help offset the costs of building improvements associated with the expansion.

The project will add advanced manufacturing capacity to the Rock Hill area while creating new opportunities for skilled workers. Re:Build is currently accepting applications for positions associated with its growing operations.
