A local charity organization is teeing up its fourth annual golf tournament this Father’s Day at one of York County’s most scenic courses, bringing together golfers and community members in support of fathers and families touched by cancer.
Fathers Against Cancer will host the 4th Annual Father’s Day Golf Invitational on June 19, 2026, at Tega Cay Golf Club, located at 15083 Molokai Dr in Tega Cay. The entry fee is $150 per golfer.
The organization describes its mission as creating a world where every father impacted by cancer finds brotherhood, hope, and strength through faith filled fellowship, and where their voices lead communities to greater awareness, early detection, and compassionate support for all families facing cancer. Event proceeds fund programs, awareness initiatives, and support efforts for families navigating the impact of cancer.
Golfers can register as individuals, as part of a foursome, or as a team captain. Sponsorship opportunities are also available at multiple levels, ranging from the Father’s Promise Sponsor at $150, which includes hole signage and recognition during awards, to the Legacy Father Sponsor at $950, which includes a full foursome, premier banner placement at registration or the clubhouse, and recognition as a top sponsor during opening remarks and awards. Additional tiers include the Heroic Dad Sponsor at $750, the Protector Sponsor at $550, and the Guardian Sponsor at $350.
Participants interested in contributing beyond registration can also donate to the organization, provide raffle items or giveaways, or volunteer at the event in roles including registration, course support, and player check in.
Payment can be submitted via Cash App at $FACANCER or Zelle at FACANCER, with the participant’s full name included in the payment note.
