Liberty Hill Elementary Ground Breaking

The Clover School District (CSD) Board of Trustees will hold a ground breaking ceremony for Liberty Hill Elementary School on Thursday, March 20, at 10 a.m.

Liberty Hill Elementary will be Clover School District’s eighth elementary school and will be co-located on the property where Lake Wylie High School is already under construction. Funding for Liberty Hill Elementary was obtained through the district’s careful fiscal management. Because the district has not exercised its eight percent borrowing authority to support other projects, the full eight percent value was available for the district to borrow to cover the cost of construction.

The ground breaking will occur on property the district owns on Cannonball Run. Cannonball Run, which was previously named Daimler Boulevard, extends between Hwy. 274 and Hwy. 49. (Note that Daimler Boulevard still appears in some navigation apps.)
