Athletes from York County and surrounding schools delivered strong performances at the 2025 Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic Elite Track Meet, held Friday. The Fort Mill Boys won the 4x4800m relay.
Fort Mill High School had multiple standout performers across distance events, relays, and field competitions.

- Hudson Haley: 14th in Varsity Boys 3200 Meter Run (9:43.72)

- Ella Demmerle: 5th in Varsity Girls 1600 Meter Run (5:07.09)
- Alivia Cleveland: 6th in Varsity Girls 1600 Meter Run (5:07.53); 10th in Varsity Girls 800 Meter Run (2:21.80)
- Marlee Cook: 7th in Varsity Girls 800 Meter Run (2:19.55)
- Bela Grupp: T-14th in Varsity Girls Pole Vault (2.90m)
- Marisa Jones: T-2nd in the Varsity Girls High Jump (1.6m)

Northwestern High School excelled in sprints, hurdles, relays, and field events.
- Austin Smith: 2nd in Varsity Boys 400 Meter Dash (48.28)
- Boys 4×100 Meter Relay: 4th place (42.36)
- Boys 4×400 Meter Relay: 5th place (3:20.38)
- William Massey: 7th in Varsity Boys Javelin Throw (48.06m)
- Andrew Morton: 7th in Varsity Boys 400 Meter Hurdles (56.81)
- Landon Pendley: 12th in Varsity Boys 400 Meter Hurdles (58.35)
Clover High School had strong showings in distance races and field events.
- Boys 4×800 Meter Relay: 10th place (8:20.70)
- Ava Jagielski: 10th in Varsity Girls 1600 Meter Run (5:10.10); 5th in Varsity Girls 3200 Meter Run (11:25.06)
- Mackenzie Boggess: 4th in Varsity Girls Long Jump (5.54m); 3rd in Varsity Girls Triple Jump (11.61m)
- Louis Helms: 5th in Varsity Boys Javelin Throw (49.48m)
- Jayden Gaines: 14th in Varsity Boys Javelin Throw (39.73m)
Nation Ford High School had two athletes place in key events.
- Haley Garcia: 12th in Varsity Girls 800 Meter Run (2:23.34)
- Lucas Barz: 11th in Varsity Boys Javelin Throw (45.69m)
Indian Land High School was represented in the high jump.
- Jaidin Robinson: T-5th in Varsity Boys High Jump (1.83m)
South Pointe High School had a strong showing in the javelin.
- Da’Nasha Erby: 6th in Varsity Girls Javelin Throw (34.87m)
Rock Hill High School had representation in the pole vault.
- Darcy York: T-14th in Varsity Girls Pole Vault (2.90m)
Overall, Fort Mill led local schools with multiple top finishes, including a team win in the Boys 4×800 Meter Relay. Northwestern showed strong sprint and relay performances, and Clover continued its tradition of distance and jumps success.
The meet brought together top competitors from across South Carolina, providing a showcase for many local athletes ahead of state qualifying competitions later this spring.
