Rock Hill, SC – Sully’s Steamers, a sandwich company renowned for its creative steamed sandwiches, is set to open a new location at 220 White Street in Rock Hill. This will be the company’s second location in the Charlotte area, strategically positioned in The Thread, a vibrant mixed-use development that’s redefining the heart of the city.
Scheduled to open in Spring 2025, this new Sully’s Steamers location will occupy the ground floor of The Thread. The development will feature an open-air courtyard, Springs Creative office spaces, and Roar, a sprawling 17,000-square-foot entertainment concept. The announcement was first shared by Visit York County, with franchise owner Montae Monroe confirming the opening date in an interview with What Now Charlotte.
Sully’s Steamers is known for its unique approach to sandwich-making, offering an array of steamed creations that delight customers with bold flavors and warm textures. The menu includes fan favorites like the “Nacho Maximus,” which layers turkey, cheddar, lettuce, honey mustard, parmesan-peppercorn dressing, and Doritos for a satisfying crunch.
Located between Winthrop University and the bustling Downtown Rock Hill, the restaurant is set to attract a diverse clientele of students, professionals, and local residents. Its proximity to Phase Two of The Thread development, details of which are yet to be announced, positions Sully’s Steamers as a key player in the area’s growing food scene.
With its creative offerings and prime location, Sully’s Steamers promises to become Rock Hill’s go-to destination for steaming hot, flavor-packed sandwiches.
