York County Reaganites to Host Conservative Forum Featuring 2026 Primary Candidates

FORT MILL, SC — The York County Reaganites will host a free Conservative Forum on Thursday, May 21, bringing together a slate of Republican candidates running in the June 9 South Carolina primary. The event will be held at Antioch International Church, 453 Glynwood Forest Drive, Fort Mill.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the forum runs from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Organizers have billed the evening as an opportunity for voters in York County and the surrounding region to hear directly from conservative candidates seeking statewide, federal, and local office. The forum lineup spans races at the top of the ticket as well as legislative contests closer to home.

Confirmed Candidates

Candidates for Governor confirmed to appear include Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette, state Sen. Josh Kimbrell, U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace, U.S. Rep. Ralph Norman, and Attorney General Alan Wilson.

In the U.S. Senate race, Thomas Dismukes and Mark Lynch are scheduled to participate. State Sen. Wes Climer is listed for the U.S. Congress race.

The Attorney General field will feature Stephen Goldfinch, David Pascoe, and David Stumbo. Candidates for Commissioner of Agriculture include Danny Lee Ford II, Cody Simpson, and Fred West.

For SC State Representative, Elizabeth Enns and Jackie Terribile are confirmed.

Event Policies

The Reaganites have outlined firm rules for attendees. No signs are permitted inside the venue. Non clear bags may not exceed 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Clear bags may not exceed 12 by 6 inches. Event rules will be read aloud by the emcee at the start of the program, and attendees who do not comply will be escorted out.

Context

The forum arrives less than three weeks before the June 9 South Carolina primary, with several of the highest profile statewide races drawing crowded Republican fields. The Governor’s race in particular has emerged as one of the most competitive in recent state history, with five sitting officeholders confirmed for the Fort Mill stage.
