Rotary E-Club of the Carolinas Hosts Family-Friendly River Adventure Benefiting Catawba Riverkeeper and Community Service Projects
FORT MILL, SC – August 2026 – Grab your innertube, gather your friends, and get ready for one of the most enjoyable community events of the summer! The Rotary E-Club of the Carolinas invites the public to the 2026 Catawba Innertube Regatta on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Catawba River Access, 2541 New Gray Rock Road, Fort Mill, SC 29708.
Participants are encouraged to bring an innertube or build a creative floating raft and enjoy a relaxing float down the beautiful Catawba River—all while supporting a meaningful cause.
The event welcomes individuals, families, community groups, and businesses looking for a fun outdoor experience with a purpose.

- Check-In: 9:00 a.m.
- Regatta Begins: 10:00 a.m.
- Location: Catawba River Access, 2541 New Gray Rock Road, Fort Mill, SC 29708
- Registration: $20 per person
Awards will be presented for:
- Top 3 Finishers
- Best Raft Design
Participants are encouraged to decorate their rafts, wear fun costumes, and show their creativity while enjoying a memorable day on the river.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Catawba Riverkeeper, whose mission is to protect, preserve, and restore the waters of the Catawba-Wateree River Basin, while also supporting the community service projects of the Rotary E-Club of the Carolinas.
“Our goal is to bring the community together for a day of fun, fellowship, and service,” said Dann Dunn, President of the Rotary E-Club of the Carolinas. “Whether you’re floating in an innertube or showing off your homemade raft, every registration helps support environmental stewardship and Rotary’s commitment to making a positive impact in our communities.”
The event is open to participants of all experience levels. Minors are welcome when accompanied by a parent or responsible adult (18 or older).
