Wofford College Names 25 York and Lancaster County Students to Spring 2026 Deans List

Twenty-five students from York and Lancaster counties have been named to the Wofford College Dean’s List for the spring 2026 semester, the college announced June 12.

Wofford College Provost Dr. Timothy Schmitz released the list of honorees, which spans communities across the region including Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Clover, York, Indian Land, Lancaster, and Catawba.

Wofford College was established in 1854 and is a four-year residential liberal arts college located in Spartanburg. The college enrolls approximately 1,800 undergraduates on a 190-acre campus within walking distance of downtown Spartanburg. The college competes in Division I athletics and offers study abroad programs, research opportunities, and community-based learning alongside its academic curriculum. According to the college, 99 percent of students receive some form of financial assistance.
