Whataburger Opening in Indian Land on August 21

Indian Land, S.C. — Whataburger is opening its first location in Indian Land on Thursday, August 21 at 8576 Charlotte Highway.

The first 100 customers will receive a swag bag and a free Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit or Breakfast Taquito.

A grand opening celebration, the “Whatabash,” will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., featuring Charlotte FC mascot Sir Minty, a DJ, and a face painter.

This is the chain’s first restaurant in Lancaster County. Other nearby locations include Charlotte, Gastonia, Hickory, and Mooresville.
