LANCASTER, S.C. — The Lancaster Police Department (LPD) is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with a homicide that took place on the night of January 15, 2026.
Investigators have identified the suspect as Korickio Cunningham. Authorities have obtained warrants for his arrest on charges of Murder and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime.
The Incident
According to the Lancaster Police Department, the charges stem from a shooting incident that occurred on Thursday night at 102 S. Hughes Street in Lancaster. Police confirmed that the shooting resulted in a homicide, leading to the immediate investigation and subsequent warrants against Cunningham.
