Lancaster, SC – History comes alive this January at the Lancaster County Historic Courthouse! The Elizabeth Hutchinson Jackson Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, in partnership with the American Battlefield Trust, is proud to present the American Revolution Experience traveling exhibition.
From January 11th to 27th, immerse yourself in the pivotal moments that shaped the birth of our nation. This innovative pop-up exhibit features engaging displays, interactive digital kiosks, captivating storytelling, and authentic artifacts, offering a unique and compelling experience for all ages.
Explore the Exhibit:
Delve into the lives of those who lived through the Revolution, discover the battles fought, and witness the struggles and triumphs that led to America’s independence. The exhibit utilizes cutting-edge technology and primary sources to bring history to life in a way you’ve never seen before.

Tuesday, January 21 – 6:30 PM: “Francis Marion Papers” with Rick Wise. Dive deep into the legacy of the “Swamp Fox” and his contributions to the Revolution.

Saturday, January 25 – 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM: Genealogical Workshop at the Native American Studies Center. This hands-on workshop covers Family Search, researching American Revolution Patriot service, and documenting your lineage. $10 registration fee required.
