Thirteen students from York and Lancaster counties earned a place on the Summer 2026 Dean’s List at Southern New Hampshire University, the Manchester, New Hampshire institution announced Tuesday.
The summer terms ran from May through August. Students qualify for the Dean’s List by carrying full time undergraduate status and earning a grade point average between 3.500 and 3.699 for the reporting term, according to the university. Full time status requires 12 credits over a term of 16 weeks or over paired terms of eight weeks grouped in fall, winter and spring, or summer.
Southern New Hampshire University enrolls more than 200,000 learners, most of them online, and the format draws working adults across the Charlotte region who are finishing degrees while holding down jobs. That makes the university a recurring name on local honor roll announcements even though its campus sits more than 800 miles away.
