Mallory Dittmer, Democratic Nominee for the 5th Congressional District, today announced the next stop on her Better Together Town Hall Tour in Indian Land, South Carolina, on Tuesday, September 8. It is the third in a district-wide series of conversations aimed at celebrating unity, community, and finding common ground on the issues that matter most.
Dittmer’s grassroots campaign, which kicked off last October, has drawn wide bipartisan support with a message of bridging the partisan divide and addressing the needs of working families. Dittmer encourages Democrats, Independents and Republicans to attend and bring a friend that may vote differently politically.
“Over the past ten months, I’ve spoken with thousands of Democrats, Independents and Republicans who are tired of hyper-partisanship, division and career politicians who get little done. My campaign is about putting people before politics, bringing common sense and collaboration back to Congress, and delivering real solutions to challenges like the crippling cost of living,” Dittmer said. “I invite voters of all political perspectives to bring your friends and family, and join me at the town hall. I want to hear your questions, priorities and ideas, and share where I stand on the issues you care about most.”
The Indian Land Better Together Town Hall will be held on Tuesday, September 8 at 6:30 pm, at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea, 9623 Red Stone Drive, Suite 500, Indian Land, SC.
Additional town hall dates and locations across District 5 will be announced soon.
