SCDOT to Implement New Traffic Pattern at the Oakridge Road/ Riddle Mill Road Intersection in York County

Columbia, S.C. (August 4, 2026) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation will convert the intersection of Oakridge Road (S-435) at Riddle Mill Road (S-152) from a two-way stop to an all-way stop in York County beginning Tuesday, August 11.

New stop signs will be installed to reflect the change, requiring drivers approaching the intersection from all directions to come to a complete stop before proceeding.

SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to the new traffic pattern when driving through the area.
