Mr. Dale Goodwill Dowler, Jr., age 82, of York, SC peacefully passed away at the Lavender Hills Memory Care Center in Fort Mill, SC with his family by his side.
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date.
Dale was born on February 24, 1944 in Conneaut, Ohio. He was the son of the late Dale Goodwill Dowler, Sr and Helen Hicks Dowler. He retired from the field of advertising and marketing in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he lived with his wife for 53 years before relocating to York, South Carolina.
He is survived by his wife Sandra Robinson Dowler, and his daughter Kristen Doran (Christopher); his grandchildren Siina Doran, Barrett Doran and Callan Doran. Dale is also survived by his brother Robert Dowler (Paula) of San Angelo, Texas and sister-in-law, Judy Dowler of Kingsville, Ohio.
In addition to his parents Dale was preceded in death by his siblings David Dowler, Walter Wllis and Wanda Pittman.
