Expansion follows Tega Cay launch
South Carolina, it’s time to connect! Google Fiber is excited to announce its expansion into Fort Mill, South Carolina, marking a significant step in enhancing internet connectivity in the state. This development follows the successful introduction of Google Fiber in Tega Cay in 2024, GFiber’s first venture in South Carolina.
Google Fiber’s offerings in Fort Mill and Tega Cay include three high-speed internet plans, starting at $70 per month for 1 Gigabit service, $100 for 3 Gigabits for $100 and 8 Gigabits per second for $150 per month. These plans encompass home internet, Wi-Fi, television and phone options, and business-specific options.
The expansion underscores Google Fiber’s commitment to providing fast, reliable internet access to communities across the Carolinas, supporting the growing digital needs of residents and businesses alike.
