YORK, S.C. — Downtown York will host a distinctive blend of vintage travel culture and local charm as the 8th Annual Silver in the City Airstream Festival rolls into town from Friday, April 25 through Sunday, April 27, 2025.
The event, organized by the Palmetto State Airstream Club in partnership with the City of York, is expected to draw visitors from across the region. Airstream trailers—known for their polished aluminum exteriors and iconic design—will line the streets of historic downtown York, offering a unique visual and cultural experience.
Festival Schedule and Highlights

Opening Ceremony – Friday, April 25: The festival will officially open with a community celebration, welcoming Airstream owners and visitors alike.

Airstream Open House – Saturday, April 26: Attendees will have the opportunity to tour a variety of Airstream models during the open house. Owners will be on hand to share stories and showcase the features of these classic trailers.

Ongoing Activities – April 25–27: Throughout the weekend, festival-goers can enjoy live music, browse local vendor booths, and sample regional food offerings.
