Local Schools Shine at Trojan Relays, Fort Mill Girls Victorious

Rock Hill, SC – The Trojan Relays track meet, hosted by Northwestern High School, showcased impressive performances from 20 male teams and 18 female teams, including strong representation from York County and one school from Lancaster County. The Fort Mill boys and girls teams made headlines by setting meet records in both the Distance Medley Relay and the 4×800 relay.

Girls Meet

The Fort Mill girls team emerged victorious with 96 points, followed closely by Nation Ford in second place, Clover in third, and South Pointe in fifth. Other notable finishes included Rock Hill in 8th, Northwestern in 11th, York in 13th, Catawba Ridge in 16th, and Riverwalk Academy in 18th.

Boys Meet

In the boys meet, Northwestern led the local teams with a 3rd-place finish, followed by South Pointe in 5th, Nation Ford in 7th, Catawba Ridge in 8th, Clover 9th, Fort Mill 10th, Rock Hill 11th, York 15th, Catawba Ridge 16th, Andrew Jackson 18th, and Riverwalk Academy in 20th.
